Business Plan



The Council works closely with DMA Head Office to develop an annual business plan to grow the activities, projects, partnerships and events in the region. The Council has introduced a range of Working Parties to drive forward the objectives of the business plan.

Key objectives for 07/08 are:
- Raise the awareness of the DMA and the direct marketing community in the region
- Forge strategic alliances with other regional and trade bodies to retain and grow the regional membership base
- Ensure that the region is represented and showcased in the regional and trade press
- Organise a series of high quality high profile educational and networking events
- Keep members up to date with best practice and governance through effective tailored communications
- Continue to add value to DMA membership
